I love this ANABA because their ramen soup is made from a chicken and seafood base.
It looks like a typical street ramen shop.
Perfect for a slight change from your average tonkotsu ramen.
Although it looks quite similar, the soup that's used here is not tonkotsu (pig bone stock). Instead, it's chicken and seafood base. Apparently it's not easy to get a thick soup that's as rich in flavor as with tonkotsu, but this restaurant use high temperatures and dedication to ensure that it works.
It's rare to find a ramen shop that does this, so it's definitely worth a visit!
