itoya in Ginza is the best place to go if you're looking for fine origami papers. itoya is the oldest stationary shop in Japan, founded in 1904. They have the largest selection of origami papers. Even if you aren't that into stationary in general, this is still a fun place to find nice Japanese souvenirs here.

I was at Ginza store last year. They have really nice stuff here, and of course really marvellous papers for origami (not to much variety in kami, but perfect for large sizes). The store worth visiting if you are a Stationary lover (I'm) but don't spect too much variety, I found more satisfying shops over three (the ones related to manga drawing for example).
