I love this ANABA because you can enjoy the race and arts.
It looks like a huge stadium.
Perfect for anyone who has never been to the race before.
This boat race is the only place in Japan that the course is river. It is rare because usually boat races are taken place at the manmade water surface.
FYI, the river that they race at is called Nakagawa (river) although their name is Edogawa (river).
Another unique thing about this place is that there is a legitimate museum inside of the building. It has nothing to do with the boat race so it is good to go even if you are not interested in boat race.
There is also cafeteria. They have varieties of Japanese meals to chose from but I highly recommend the Motsuni teishoku (cooked Instestant set meal).
